Bug Backpack wiped after moving from Sanctuary to Aegis

During my move from Sanctuary to Aegis last night, all of my stuff in my /backpack was removed. CarChuck told me to complain to the admins because "That's bullshit."
I made a /pe, and the petition was removed. I was told to report this to hc.to/bugs
Here I am. Help?

backpack items don't move over worlds. Your items will still be in your backpack in Sanctuary.
