Bug Awaken

Awaken, the revive skill for Bloodmage, currently costs a flower + HP. It was originally and supposed to only cost the HP portion.

  1. utility/horse
  2. utility/port

Yah... all of these should retain.

They don't directly pertain to combat/or arent essential to "win" in a fight.

To expand:

1. utility/horse (DK/DreadSteed, Pal/HolySteedl)

2. utility/port (Necro/Hellgate, Beg/Teleport, Wiz/GTP) - also maybe Port (Druid/Wiz)?

3. utility/track (Ranger/Track)

4. attribute buffs (Druid/BruteForce, Cleric/Blessing, Cleric/Courage, BM/Englightenment, Beg/Splendor, Disc/Alacrity)

5. resurrections (Cleric/Revive and Pal/Revive, Shaman/Reincarnate and Druid/Reincarnate, BM/Awaken)​

Yeah, I wasn't 100% sure about Awaken, and added the flower in to the config (and forgot to add it to the wiki, sorry - it's there now).

Does this need a fix, or is it ok as is?

This needs a fix. The reagent for awaken is already 125 HP and its mana cost. If its gonna have a flower reagent, the HP cost should be removed. Awaken never had a flower reagent before, it was always the HP cost

agree with white, the reagent used to be hp to fit with all the bloodmage theme. since the flower has been added to all the revives, the hp should be remove because the flower is the new reagent.

Balance aside, It was the original design intention to have the "reagent" of the skill to be your blood and that's it.
It was meant to feel as though the caster was giving up a large portion of his life to resurrect another.

On that note, if I were to do it again I think I would attach large detriments to all revives, with a flavor to suite the class. For instance, Cleric could Instantly kill all clerics on the server and rollback their levels to level 1. have all of their armor instantly break, or perhaps have their healing reduced by 10000% 20-50% for the next few seconds.
