Bug Audio Bug: Sounds chopping off before completion

I just started noticing this yesterday (1/7/14) in Shrine where when I open a chest, it chops off the full sound of the creaking chest opening.

Additionally, the same chopping of the audio file is occuring with villager "hmmm" sounds, wolf barks, and zombie groans. It may be happening to other audio files that I have yet to discover. I wondered if anyone has noticed the same. I know that there were some global audio files occurring in Haven the day before (as noticed in the /o chat comments), but I am unsure how audio file tweaking works on the HC server.

I haven't changed anything on my end, and when I log into a single player MC world, the sounds are full and complete.

Honestly, think this is client side, we don't really mess with any of these sounds (nor do I think we have the ability to do so)
