Is it ok to pulse and use iceyaura through the wall to hurt/kill a person?

It's not intended to be possible in the game, thus being a bug. Exploiting bugs is against server rules. My official unofficial opinion: Illegal

it wasn't intended for it to be used thro a wall., next thing you know have a party of 5 stand outside region wall just pulsing to try to get lucky kills...

Well how do you know that its killing someone.until i here from kainzo that its illegal by all means.How do we know its an eploit maybe thats the intended use.

Pulse was intended for group combat, ie you got 2-3 baddies pouding you in close quarters, use pulse it hurts and tosses em back.

Sides, its not really fair to abuse a region like that.

I've been pulsed through iron bars - however they are "bars", therefore creating spaces for magic to get through. Are you getting hit behind full blocks?
