Donor's can place a sign with the Arrow Barrage on the outside wall of someones region and still throw arrows inside their regioned area.

The best solution is to make sure you have at least 1 air block outside your walls on your region.

yeah i love doing this to people who dont have the region gap

its not a bug - its called smart. The sign exists on the square next to the block, so you need to either region at least 1 square beyond your walls or suffer the consecquences :/

And this is yet more incentive to have nice walls, not just 1-thick, sky-to-bedrock cobble boxes.

Now, as of 3.0 will Arrow Barrage be an Engineer skill instead of a donor perk? Or will donors still use them regardless of class?

T5 is barrage. MC1240 is just a single arrow shot. MC1241 is barrage. (according to wiki which is usually up to date with donor perks)
