Armor Mitigation (non-vanilla changes!)

@NuclearCouch wrote this plugin to give armor a set mitigation - we haven't tested it but this allows us to "fix" diamond armor from being stupidly overpowered.

Not sure how this functions with mitigation enchants but we'll need to test it again skills too. My goal is to cap mitigation out around 40-45% and have the base around 5-10% ... at this point we'll be able to adjust classes to correctly have the proper mitigation without having vanilla values hitting us hard.

Right side is Default Minecraft and Left side is going to be new values correct?
Negative.
Left side is default
Right side is our changes.

80% mitigation for diamond is too much. 60% (Without shield) is far too much.
This is a sweeping change that will give us greater control of what armor people wear and whatnot
