Bug Arena CoolDown Refresh

All my skills seem to refresh but when i am practicing my pvp The skill Replenish will not get the cooldown remove as i re-enter the arena. This is a vital skill considering i hit so low

He means that he doesn't do damage because he needs to replenish to be able to use his skills in arena(When he runs out of mana) but replenish is like a 2 minute cooldown so he wants cooldowns to reset when the arena is over.
