Are soul loans enforceable in trade chat?

As a standard, I don't loan out souls to those who request it, but on occasion there is a need that cannot be overlooked. In those instances, is a "/t Loaning X1 souls to Y player, with X2 souls to be paid back by Z date, confirm?" allowed under the trade enforceablility standards?

The position has always been in the past, staff will not enforce certain things agreed in trade, one of them being a loan.

It has never been written down in the rules, but Kainzo himself has stated in the past we will not enforce loans, it would be too difficult to police it. We also do nto enforce the "selling" of towns. On past maps people have sold towns but we will not enforce those either.
