Architect age question

Thread says it all. How old must you be to be an architect? I have heard 13, I have heard 15. So anyone know for sure? @Kainzo ,@Punisher79 , @Brutalacerate

I have also been wondering this as of late, to be honest; Thread now followed.

To be Staff, you must be 15+. Architect, technically, isn't Staff.
