- Previous Bans (Includes other servers): None that I can immediately recall, although I believe there were one or two, generally over misunderstandings or mundane things. I have never cheated or hacked in Multiplayer Survival.

- Reason you should be accepted: I'm an avid RPG fan and this seems like an interesting concept which could be quite enjoyable.
- How did you hear about Herocraft?: Through a similar server using the same plugin.
- Have you voted for Herocraft (No? Click here)?: No. I don't think that it's honest to vote before I've tried the server.
- Additional Info: I enjoy RPG or semi-RPG games such as Guild Wars, KOTOR, Neverwinter Nights, Warcraft 3, etc. which is why I'm interested in trying something like this out. I've got Teamspeak 3, Skype, Ventrillo and Mumble for VOIP and Steam for IM. I enjoy playing with others and participating with groups, although I am not joining this server with others.
