3. Sadly, yes. I can't remember the name of the server. It was the first server I ever joined (June 2012?). The server was free build everywhere (no specified areas/boundaries), didn't have a help guide or anything, and I didn't know what griefing was. What I did was I took a few blocks of mossy cobble from around a fountain and replaced it with regular cobble (I thought the fountain looked nicer that way). Soon after someone told me that was bad to do and I promptly put it back and apologized but it was too late, I got banned later that day. I appealed and they said if I paid money to them they would unban me but I thought that was ridiculous and found a different server. I have never griefed since then and am well aware of griefing rules now.

5. I found it on one of the server list sites when looking for a new server to play hunger games on. I wasn't looking for a new primary server at the time but with all the add-ons or whatever they're called herocraft is amazing. It would be my loss to pass on this server.
6. Yes. I only voted at a few of the 8 or so sites but yes, I voted yesterday and will vote again today. Yay, free coins!!
7. Yes. I spent hours reading over all the tos's, the wiki page, etc, and think all the rules and conditions are very fair.
8. Most importantly, I have taken the past few days to learn about and try out Herocraft so I am 100% sure I want to join. I am not one of those people that will apply without even reading the rules. I am an honorable player. I've never stolen from anyone and never will. I don't even like to pvp with people outside of hunger games. I'm very committed to the servers I play on. I do not jump from server to server, make a mess, and then leave, no. I always make sure whole trees are cut down, I cover holes so no one falls, and I never build dirt houses or any such (junk) structures. I'm an accomplished builder as you can see on my other server Uncovery. I also have hours a day set aside for gaming so I will be a big contributor to the server. I'm heavily into mining and selling and will be an asset to the server's economy.

10. I'm also a major console gamer. I've been a gamer as far back as I can remember starting with NES back in the late 80's/early 90's.
