Well! Err! You can't apply for EVERYTHING, because this is based on what you can do, what your best at, An Artist Shouldn't apply to write a book XD

Ok! Err? What can you do overall? Are you good at writing books? Working with Programing Languages, Building in Minecraft, Testing Video Games for Bugs, Ect Ect.

I was afraid you'd ask this...I like it all, but I guess it's a matter of what will ultimately be the best. I suppose I'd do Quests, because I love story-driven content. We need it badly, and I have many ideas for that sort of thing.

Well... what aspect of Quests? There are a lot of things to do
- Write Quest Ideas ( Gather, Kill, Investigate, Ect )
- Write Quest Dialog
- Write Quest Code

I'm not asking to be annoying, I'm asking so when you pick something concrete you want to do, I can ask for an Example, or have you create a sample of it. Can't hire duds to be blunt ^_^

Nope, I understand your specifics. Unfortunately, my idea would involve project management. An entire story that would require custom bosses, an event night that continues the story each week, custom decoration for housing as possible drops along with the regular armor/weapons loot, etc.. I'm not really sure where this would categorize. What do you think?

Ok, well it looks like I have some time. I'll give you an example of a possible story.

Attack on Ender!
The story could potentially be a war between humans and the ender. Occasionally players would have endermen, or other creatures associated with the ender, try to find and kill us. Whether or not we set spawn to 50 blocks away from the player. The ender creatures are being commanded by generals, which in turn would lead to an event every (thursday for example.) Every Thursday at 8:00pm CST, we'd gather at the casino. Kainzo or whoever had control, would begin the storytelling and lead the players to the tear in reality, which would lead to the end. Inside the end would be many mobs and a general. The general would have a few words to say after his army was destroyed, then appear with some form of cataclysmic entrance. Players would, then, gather together and defeat this general. After his defeat, possibly a few more words would be said like, "I must....alert..the master...aaghh!!" Or something along those lines. He would then drop several rare artifacts, and a few players would have an exclusive piece of furniture related to the story that could be placed in their house as decoration. Example would be "Tear of reality" (Who knows where it may lead?) This piece could be placed, purely as decoration, but with maybe only 3 of them randomly dropped to player bags, would give them great value and appreciation. Players would soon start to make collections of neat deco in their homes. These pieces could also be sold/traded for coins if they wanted to do that as well. Also, maybe a few rare pieces of t5 or t6 armor/weapons, just to make it worthwhile.

This is an example of teamwork that would pay off, as well as indulge everyone, both admins and players alike. Planned events that stay the course of a month. Each month, a new story would emerge.
