Second, I would like to let you know that account sharing is NOT allowed. The excuse "my brother did it" is not valid. You are responsible for your own account. From your post, I can gather that you and your brother share an ip.

I know i am responsible fore my account, my REAL age is 14, And i had my brother do it, because i was in the bathroom cleaning the sink. And we are not sharing each others accounts.
