(All?) Poison skills [decay, poison, poison arrow, etc] not doing DoT on players

Skills such as decay, as I am best versed in, or poison which I experienced in a test from my friend appear to be broken, failing to do DoT damage, instead only doing the initial tick of damage, and then no longer hitting. This is quite a problem for the dreadknight, as it is the only DoT that class possesses, and is quite a powerful skill crucial for effective use of the dreadknight class.
