I was just wondering what staff positions can users under the age of 15 successfully become?

I don't think there is any position that you can be under 15, but there are some, Loremaster for example, where there is no set restriction. Yet.

Ok because I know you don't have to be 15 to be a herald, But I was wondering what the age restrictions were on coder, banker, and architect?

A banker with the age of 14 recently got accepted 
There really is no age limit on staff positions from what I've seen. You get the position based on how fit they see you are for it. Sure, being under 15 will make it harder to get the position but for the most part they just promote those who are ready. But if you want to go by what it is "officially" I think herald is the only none 15+ staff position.
