After the codex system came out last map, there was a slight chance that voters could get the rare element to make the codex. With the 3-part order/chaos/catalyst system now, I would like to suggest that the reward opportunity be re-implemented, both as a perk for those to vote as well as an incentive for all of the HC community to vote.
Since the maximum number of votes that a person can have in a 30-day period is 120, I would recommend a 1 in 100 chance of dropping a catalyst, as it seems fair that those who choose to vote a majority of the time would have a once-a-month perk for doing so in addition to the xp/coin gained per vote (which is great as well).
