Suggestion Add Arcane Storm to wizard

I realise that Arcane Storm seems like a crazy op skill, but I believe that if arcane storm was a minor damage, high gunpowder cost skill that replaced shock, than it would be a good skill for wizard.

Thoughts?

This sounds really useful. Shock isn't really helpful in teamfights. The video made the skill seem op but if the damage was nerfed a bit then I'm sure that it would be non op replacement for shock.

What's the difference between this and megabolt? It just seems to be megabolt with a big flashy circle warmup in the sky?

We won't be adding Arcanestorm to any class. It's derivatives (Tempest / Firestorm) will be coming.
