Bug Account transfer donation problems

Hello,Recently i had my level,coin,tier 5 transferred from one account to another. After i maxed my hero spec which is wizard i tried to change to bard by typing /hero choose bard. After doing this it told me to remaster lost soul at the time i didn't know what the problem was until recently my friend TheMeloneater had his level/coin transferred to ImMeloneater he couldn't change classes either but before he had it transferred he could. Can you please help us out i really want to switch specs.

I'll need to investigate this... it may be that the mastery didn't stick, I'll check.
