Accepted but no permissions on server

Sorry to bother you guys, but I I applied previously here and was accepted yesterday morning but I still dont have permissions as a whitelister on the server. Tried /ch o and so forth and it says I don't have permission.

My apologies if it is normal for the server update to take a few days or something or if I shouldnt have posted this here but a guide recommended I bring it to your attention.
