A way to reduce arena lag

Every time I go fight in the arena I lag because of the mass amount of people moving and all the built up chunks that are loaded around me. What I am suggesting is the the DH Arena be moved to its own world, where no other chunks are loaded/made other than the arena. I believe doing this will heavily reduce lag and make arena fights more enjoyable. :)
