Bug 20160103;04:12CST - "Bloodmage codex - Bothersome Blade ;)"

This is obviously on the survival server.

I have the Oder & Chaos Relic, as well as Support Catalyst to form -> Codex of Bloodmage (BM).
I put the three of them into my inventory crafter box, and crafting table. Does not work. I asked Iron to do the same and he receives same results (so its not just me).

The only thing I can consider it to be is maybe the Chaos Relic is old on my part. Otherwise its likely server side issues.

Here is screen shots for these items. Also willing to pm coords of chest these items will rest in until with is fixed to staff if necessary.

The support catalyst is old, the new one is an enderpearl.

Currently no villager trades the two in spawn either.

If you haven't already, please open a PE at a safe/locked chest containing these items. I'll take care of it when I have time to get on.
