PERFORMANCE TWEAKS!
*Implemented a new plugin to tweak the disk usage and save - this may cause lag every 30 mins to write a save but VASTLY improves the pick up lag / etc.
*Removed AutoSave in favor of the new saving method
*Removed various plugins and cleaned up some configurations to ensure tick rate stays healthy
