    Bug Enchanter lvl 3 enchants

    It has come to my attention that, for the third year running, the good old enchanter bug is still going strong. Every 5 or 10 enchants at level 3, the enchanting table will no longer respond to level 3 enchants. I'm forced to waste experience on a level 1 or 2 enchant to restore level 3...
