    hcr5 i assumed being 30red that 3 would be first digit.. if you look at the herocraft wiki it states Xanipher as the contact for multi ips... pmd him.. however i also pmd were about it too just to confirm.. im sorry i got it wrong, but if you check Wiki Rules you'll see how I was misled...
