    Suggestion Message for miner double drops

    I barely ever notice it when i get double drops, i think there should be a little message in chat that comes up saying something like "Your expreiance in mining has gained you a double drop".

    Suggestion Miner tweak

    Mining skills Miner is seen as one of the "Bad" crafter prof's. I think it could be made more valuable by highering the % of the mining skill as im a level 40 miner and the chance is 6%, i think a lvl 40 miner should get around 25-30%. Im not even sure its 6% as it claims becuase 5% is 1 in 20...
