    Suggestion Disabler for Ranger's Track

    Track is fine, it doesn't need to be balanced. Ranger is one of the unpopular classes and track is what gives them their much needed utlility.

    In what way is it not combat? The surprise effect in any kind of combat is highly valued, I don't see how this doesn't affect combat.
