    There is no new ore so no the miner skill will not be updated. However I'm unsure whether miner's skill for increased drops from mining will effect the drop rate of soul shards. UTC = GMT just about. UTC is basically just an attempt to match GMT but by using an atomic time scale.

    Knowing current progress I'll be surprised if the TD isn't ready by friday When you spec you start with that specialization's base stats and gain more allocation points as you level. This then allows a player to have a different attribute setup per spec.
