Suggestion Rogue Skill
That would also work. Except, some people, (like me), after a while, are able to deal with the nausea and grow accustomed to it. They would still be able to fight with it, however they would still be impaired. So I still stand by my damage suggestion.- SurvivalManZ

Bug Item Disappearance
So I was on Shrine, and I died in a cobblestone house structure thing. I saw my items fall to the floor and thought, "Hey. No problem, I can recall back here in a second."
