I had a pe open requesting for my Hamlet to be upgraded to Town for a good day and no one answered my pe so I just closed it and sent all of the money back to my citizens because I knew it wouldn't get done.     sorry i meant ice arrow. just because a skill is ineffective they get a good if not better skill? look at dragoons' quake. it has been broken for a long time and we haven't gotten a new skill for it. just kite them around or even better buy a knockback 2 stone sword.
