    Bug Hamlet not taking all the items out of the town bank

    When the Hamlet was made not all the items were taken out of the townbank but the town itself was still made. I made a pe for which items needs to be removed from our town bank. I don't know all the items because people have been putting items in, I just know the obvious ones. @Kainzo @Xanipher

    I decided to make a minorrunestone when I hit level 20. However when I tried the warmup went off but the skill never activated. I was not in a region that I had no access to, I was in the wild. It says the skill is activating. Edit: After the warmup no other messages show @Kainzo
