wer, I'm not going to completely frame anybody, but I'm quite confident that the ban was viable. I dueled him the other night, he didn't miss one shot. He made completely ridiculous shots. Example, (but exaggerated), he could basically make a 720 degree, jumpshot. Blind. But I might be wrong. He might just be a very good ranger. My opinion. That's my take on it. :/
