To create a thread, first go to Forums ( Top left ) then find your catagory you want the post in, and if you have sufficent permisions to create a thread, it should be on the Upper Right hand corner under the search bar!

i went onto forums, then applications- nothing around search bar. i go onto whitlist arcives and still nothing- plz help
