Whenever I try to use Blink, I get the message "No location to blink to" and nothing happens. Fireblast consumes mana and goes on cooldown, but does no damage or knockback. Arcanestorm can't be learned at level 55 because experience gain caps at level 50.

Blink works as i just tested it... what are you doing to get this? are you actually in an open area?
What were you doing with Fireblast speciifcally? this should be functioning
