Bug Pyromancer's Fireflash setting mana regen to 1

Title says the jist of it. found it out when running around my farm and my mana wasn't regenerating. Fixes on a relog

EDIT: it seems to have to do with infused class weapons, I equipped a different one and it went back to normal and has since been normal.
