Bug SwiftWinds - An Internal Error

Sometimes when casting SwiftWinds i get the message "An internal Error has Occurred" and the ability does not activate. It doesnt happen all the time and is random as to when it happens as far as I can tell.

Level 25 Elementalist Skill.

Seems to break at random points - It says it casts but doesn't take mana or apply the buff - Then today it broke again but allowed me to continuously cast it without loosing mana.
