Why can we not make any type of shovel? How are we supposed to clear dirt to landscape?

Tbh I never even tried crafting one. I've always spent 10 redstone at spawn for the dragoon diamond shovel because it's unbreakable

No error. Just the shovel appears for a moment and then disappears. You simply cannot make any shovels - I tried wooden through diamond. Same thing as with Hoppers. I think they are just disabled.

Crafting recipes for: Swords, Shovels, & Axes have been removed, in favor of using the class weapons.

For now, just spend the 10 redstone to get a dragoon shovel.
