So. We've been freezing - randomly, without any reason. I've been researching and attempting to find fixes. Ultimately, I believe we've gotten some bad hardware. It's either the motherboard or the ram and all signs are pointing towards the motherboard.
If you are interested in seeing the amount of time I've put into this, feel free to read this thread on hardforums.
Here's what I plan to do to resolve this - it wont be cheap, but will be necessary.
Just wanted to keep you guys up to date on what's going on - we are not being lazy, it is something that is hard to troubleshoot remotely and I am planning ahead.

Here's what I plan to do to resolve this - it wont be cheap, but will be necessary.
- Rent a dedicated server at some respectable host ($200-400 a month)
- Order parts (Mobo/Ram) To repair box (might as well order a few SSDs!)
- Get our collocated box back from Houston, TX
- Repair machine, replace ram/mobo/add SSDs
- Test machine as the official test server for several weeks - see if crashes occur.
- Send machine to new collocation host with built in DDOS protection (Las Vegas)
- Remove dedicated machine from hosting and use Las Vegas collocated box.
