Like "Scan", but doesn't report health, just level and path/specs.
Unlike other classes like Scribe or healer specs, a ranger uses their sharp eyesight to see their foes, but without the magic sight the others have, can't tell what kind of state they are in.
What if it had 40+ block range instead of 20, and cost like 8 stamina? That would make it a unique skill. It would also stop the Ranger from immediately sprinting after the target right after determining who they were.
