In falsebook ICs there are 2 receivers. One being mc1111 which is a bit buggier than its sister transmitter mc0111. They both accomplish the same job, just mc1111 requires a clock (you know a laggy feedback loop) to function properly. With the transmitter now at lvl 15, shouldn't you move the mc0111 down to standard with the mc1111. It would not only help with the learning curve of engineer ICs being a bit less than the learning curve of eve online, it would discourage new engineers who dont know how to make a proper clock that doesn't lag the server.
