Sorry i dont know if this is the right section but I was wondering if people can kill players who have bounties on them in their own towns?
Just in case someone doesn't understand, heres an example. Person x finds person y who has a bounty in Town Z. Can person x kill person y in Town Z if he accepts the bounty?
