Skills like Groupteleport now have a warmup period. I'm sure other skills have them as well. Wouldn't be surprised to see one on Revive or on repair skills.

Last i knew, revive had a built in warpup timer. It takes like 5 secs for the person to get ported to you, but i wouldnt really mind one on top of it.
