NPCs fighting to the death. Bet on one in an arena and watch them kill each other. It can be like the lottery and run every few hours and you can bet on them up until then. The max bet will have to be quite low since this will probably have a higher chance of winning. They can have various funny skins. :D

Would be interesting, albeit highly dependent on the number of people who participate. In the current lottery you get all the cash if you win. This you would only get a portion of the losers' coin. Although I guess that would make it a more low risk/low reward alternative to the current options (lottery/casino).
