Suggestion Nerf deepfreeze

Deepfreeze is incredibly overpowered. I know that geomancers are supposed to be high damage class but they can take half the classes down to half health without even having to hit a moving target with a deepfreeze fireball combo. I suggest that deepfreeze is not something like smite that is only performed when it has a target but a projectile like fireball. This makes it require some skill to be able to do so much damage.
