/Hero who or /tell, /msg glitched?

I did /hero who wizard and i tried msging them but it says hero not found, so i msg other people it works? IS hero who (class) for online or online and offline? Can you also tell me who mastered GEOMANCER?

that command is to determine someones class not to message someone in that class.
