I put the server into a "recovery" mode - this made everyone not able to log in - in the future if you see a message stating "HOST HAVING ISSUES" - that means that the host is having issues and for YOUR protection you cannot log in. (Ie mass disconnects etc)
In this particular case - a server that is on the same switch as us was experiencing DDOS attacks - we were getting hit because they were targeting our switch. Impossible to know why or who was doing it because we werent directly effected.
