Suggestion [Skill]-Bloodmage
Skill name- Blood storm Effect- Sends a bolt towards the target in which saps health from said target and returns half of it to the player. Cool Down- 25 seconds Regements- Redstone/gunpowder Warm-up- 2 seconds Health cost- 100 Damage- 200- Duerur
