    Yeah we had it, just Townships 3.0 was made and put in to play near the end of Aegis/Sanctuary, so the devs who worked on it didn't quite expect nearly as much people as we have now.

    I agree with all your points, and as a tester of the original, I can say that it wasn't quite planned for the massive amount of people we have now, but rather for the small trickle we had near the end of last map. I think that there should be required buildings, but much much less requirements...
