Xenia emulates Xbox 360 games on modern PCs. It is free. Developed by a small team, it only runs on Windows natively. Linux can be supported with the support of third party software, but you'll have to put in some excess work. Windows 10 is highly recommended, the program is not likely to utilize anything else, and if it does work, maybe it does not work very well. Windows 7 is the bare minimum, but nothing is guaranteed to work on anything other than Windows 10. Even if it does work, maybe it does not operate well. 64 bit hardware and 4 gigabytes of RAM will also be required. Xenia does not demand any Xbox 360 system documents to operate. Something to notice is that Xenia just works with specific controls, like Xbox 360 and Xbox one controllers.

Online multiplayer isn't supported as of right now. If you are not particularly great with computers, Xenia has step-by-step instructions to assist you install, install, and utilize Xenia properly and play the games you need to play in your computer as easily and swiftly as possible. Interestingly, there are two variations of Xenia, similar to the way there are two distinct versions of Citra. All these versions has advantages and disadvantages, exactly like the variations Citra has. You can install the Master variant, which is quite stable and runs games better, or the Canary variant. The Canary variant has certain features available that the Master version doesn't, but it may be a lot less secure during gameplay. The sport might experience lag and the graphics may not look as great. This is obviously very like Citra's attribute, except in this instance it is to play Xbox 360 games. One characteristic of Xenia other emulators may not have is the choice to install DLCs and use theme, but you clearly will need to own them ahead. It can run roughly 600 commercial games in varying levels of success, however only about 160 of them are playable in some sort of ability (Meaning you can achieve actual gameplay, though you should be able to play with most of them from start to finish). These games tend to have quite good functionality (They run nicely.) And visuals (They are extremely attractive to the eyes, with great graphics.) , though, which, depending on what you would like, could compensate for the small lack of large variety that Xenia, when compared to other emulators such as RPCS3 or RYUJINX, does not seem to particularly present.
