Suggestion Tutorial

As someone who tends to help others in help chat, I often see new players who ran through the tutorial to fast and ask if they can go back. An easy implementation of a portal at spawn to allow new players to revisit the tutorial again may help decrease the complexity of the server for those who are just starting out. Just a thought.

The Tut gives out free class changes.
We could make a 2nd tut that doesn't have those, or simply make the holograms tell you to do the command.
