Bug Summon Arrow Bug

In game when I use summonarrow they don't appear in my inventory unless I click in the empty spot they are supposed to be in. If they go in a stack I already have, the amount of arrows doesn't update until I either click on the stack or fire an arrow. If I am out of arrows and use summon arrow, I can't draw the bow until I manually click on the invisible stack of 5.

I am having that same issue, had a stack of 64, summoned an arrow and the next slot did not show any, until I either click that slot or moved the old stack over to that slot.
